It was disheartening to see these ongoing maintenance issues when the hotel clearly has potential. Breakfast on the first morning was chaotic, leading to disappointment, especially with cold meals in other rooms and the absence of a hairdryer in ours. These details made it challenging to fully enjoy our stay.

i had the suite with the jacuzzi and it was amazin, the bed was super comfy too. the staff were really friendly and helped us with everything. breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. the decor was stylish and gave a nice vibe to the place. loved the little touches like chocolates in the room.

I had a lovely stay in the Superior Double Room, enjoying the vibrant and quirky decor that truly made the place special. The cozy ambiance, coupled with friendly staff who were always ready to help, created a relaxed environment. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly made options that set the day off right. the noise levels could be bothersome at times during the stay.

Had a fantastic group getaway! The location was perfect for visiting Canoe Lake and enjoying time at the beach. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked, which was a treat! Just a heads-up, service can be a little slow during busy times, but it’s worth the wait.

One downside was the mattress—it was quite thin and not very comfortable, which affected our sleep a bit.

Only bummer was the tiny bathroom. my partner, who's pretty tall, definitely couldn't fit in the mini bath. Still, a solid choice overall!
